So i have never had a weight issue, then i got pregnant and gained 95 lbs and have managed to lose some of that (right after giving birth) now i have 50 lbs to lose before i get back to my original weight. I know how to diet and exersice but i just cant get up the modivation to get up and do somethingMy cholestoral is VERY high for my age and my activity level is very low (I'm tiered all the time and doc isnt sure why... not thyroid)I need suggestions of activities ill be able to do... I'm a Stay at home mom so i need things i can do with my 1yr old son too.thank you
