  4. Are you thinking about going on a diet to lose weight? Eat less, exercise more. It seems you can't open any magazine without reading stuffs about the latest diet types known as fad diet, it includes low-carb, low-fat, or low-calorie. In this diets are like fashion.

    The best way to maintain or reach an ideal weight is to burn more calories than you take in.The safest, most effective diet for weight loss is a healthful, balanced one including:

        * Fresh fruits and vegetables.

        * Low-fat dairy products.

        * Legumes.

        * Whole grains.

        * Lean protein such as chicken and fish.

        * Healthy oils, in moderate amounts.

    Cutting junk food, sugary sodas, and sweet, undiluted fruit drinks out of your diet is an easy way to lose weight over time.

    20 minutes more of exercise to your current routine will burn an average of 100 calories of fat a day. (such as aerobic dancing, walking, jogging, biking, rowing, or swimming)

    Intake Six small meals per day appears to be the best approach to eating, especially when you're trying to lose weight.

  6. Only way you're gonna lose weight is by exercising.

    You can also use those fat burning pills which I don't recommend.

    Also try to drink grapefruit juice before or after a meal it helps you increase your metabolism.

    And also diet is another VERRRRRY important factor in loosing weight.

  7. About the tiredness,you coud have chronic fatigue.

    You can walk with your baby around the park or something, maybe buy a treadmill.

  8. Good Luck honey! Baby weight seems to be the hardest to lose. It can be done though. Just watch what you eat. Only eat healthy foods and try to take a walk in the evenings, maybe when your hubby or whoever gets home. It's a slow process though so don't get discouraged.

  9. Stop eating junk food such as chips and cake and eat mostly vegetables. As for exercise you pretty much need to run or do aerobic kickboxing or something. Basically take in less calories than usual and burn more calories than usual.

    The pooch as you call it is just loose excess skin which should tighten up if you lose weight and work your abdomen with situps and such.

    If you do the above you should lose that poundage anywhere from 3 to 5 months.

    Also too much bread or can lead to being super tired all the time, as can being too overweight.

    good luck
