YIPPEEE!!!

TV?

25" Zenith Color Sentry II

VCR?

Toshiba , WHY a VCR?

1. Works like a switching station for my DVD, and NOW my freakin' Digital tuner required by 'law' ahem', whatever the h**l that means! ( I know, but i like to say it.)

2. THE CHEAPEST ENTERTAINMENT IS STILL GETTING 90 cent VIDEOS FROM THE THRIFT STORE, ON VHS MIND YOU.

DVD?

Memorex. Alright, I confess i sort of like the size and picture quality of a DVD. No complaints, but 1 more freakin' remote!

(BTW, your DVD, if it has a remote probably has every feature your buddies has even though his has a bunch of k***s or buttons on it. Just go to the menu- it has kareoke and all that c**p, just look far enough. It's there.)

Alright, so what am i getting at here?

I'm an inventor. Right now is a PERFECT TIME to create a digital TV gadget and get rich.

Ideas?

I'll give you 2,

1. A full screen of all available channels, snapshots

2. a DtoA of each digital channel so people like me can change channels on their old sets...still.

  1. Well, several people have already beat you to the punch. WinTV for instance, already patented the kind of technology you are talking about on No. 1. Plus, to have that in a regular television would also greatly increase its cost and with our current economy and inflation, sorry Charlie. As for No. 2, not quite sure where your getting at, you can get a Digital to Analog Converter box, which can control volume, channels, ect. The smartest thing you could come up with is an Universal Remote that can control and support Digital TVs, Analog TVs, and Digital Converter Boxes. So that everything can be controlled by the same remote control. Trust me, larger corporations are more than likely already doing that.
