I need a new copy of my British Birth Certificate, whom do I contact for a replacement, I was born in Glasgow, Scotland

You're born in Scotland so you need to contact the General Registrar Office in Scotland:

I'm not too sure how you go about it as the website only has details for registering births, deaths and marriage but you may be able to pop in for a visit and ask them how.
