PLEASE READ !!!!!!!!!!!!! I KNOW ITS LONG BUT PLEASE READ IT !!

I'm going to get straight to the point. Here's my problem, I keep losing weight constantly, no matter what I do. I have a serious metabolism or something because no matter how much I eat I never gain weight, and believe me, I eat alot. I even work out and take protein, and when I do, I only gain a pound or two, and lose it again and I can't even tell if I gained muscle or not. That's my problem.

I'm 6'0, pretty tall.

I'm 16 and I'm asian.

I'm pretty skinny, well alot of asians are, and here's what I want to do. I want to gain lean muscle so that I can weigh more. I want to be stronger, heavier, and bulkier.

I think my main issue is my bedtime. I usually wake up around 2 - 4 in the afternoon and I sleep at like 2 - 4 in the morning. Well it's the summer and I'm pretty nocturnal. So please, can anyone tell me what I need to do so I can be heavier, stronger, and bulkier?

For example, how much I should eat and how much I should work out as well as how much sleep I need and please explain why. I'd like to know as much as I can about my body so I know how to take care of it in the right and healthy way.

Best answer goes to the one who does this. Thanks !!

ADD: When I workout I lift weights, I try to do as much as I can until I get tired and then I take a break and go at it again.

  1. Muscle Milk Will Bulk U Up 600 calories

  2. I think you want the diet and fitness section.

  3. Ok getting big is pretty basic if you're willing to be consistent and put a lil work in.

You need access to a gym or a weight set of your own.  Two adjustable dumbbells and an adjustable barbell should work fine.  Look up some exercises to do on google, there are tons of websites with dumbell/barbell lifts (pictures, videos, etc... no point in me outlining it all here).  Use the heaviest weights you can handle, and start off doing about 6-8 reps.  Once you're able to do 12 or so, move up to a heavier weight.  I wouldn't do more than 4 or 5 sets of the same lift, you don't want to over train.

Now, once you've blasted your muscles, you need to eat right.  If I could give you one tip on bodybuilding nutrition, it would be to EAT A LOT OF MEAT.  You will not get nearly as big as you could without eating meat.  Eat 5-6 times a day, even if you are full...  you're trying to get big here.

Wait 2 days and repeat the cycle again.  Longer if your targeted muscles are still sore... listen to your body on this one
