  5. Oh yes, the dreaded morning sickness. I feel for ya hunny! I was never told about this with my first, but this time around, I was told to take 50mg of B6 in the morning, and half a Unisom (sleep aid) at night. It worked wonders!!! If only I had known about it with my first! Ask your doctor first, of course, but if they approve, you will be feeling great in no time. Good luck to you & congrats!!

  7. I am 15 weeks and have had really bad morning sickness. I live in Germany on a military base....but we see German doctors for pregnancy here. I was prescribed something called Vomex. My mom looked it up and it says you can get it over the counter in America. It works really well. I do suggest taking it right before bed because you will basically feel like you just took a sleeping pill. I still get sick some days but I can tell you that I don't know what I would do without them. I was getting so sick everyday before them that at one point I weighed less than I did before I got pregnant. It really helps. My prenatal vitamins were making me sick too so I just started taking them before bed with the Vomex and that fixed that problem. Also try cold cold water or popsicles. Anything cold really helps. Good Luck.

  8. oh i so know how your feeling, ive been pregnant now 3 times and ive been in hospital all 3 times with really bad morning sickness but i left it to late b4 going to my doctor, i didnt eat or drink for 3 weeks solid, luckly all my babies were fine and a good weight, but b4 it gets even worse i would go get some anti sickness tablets from your doctor, i lost 3 stone in one week, and thats not good,xx

  9. I'm 8+4weeks and having nausea for the past week, not really bad to keep me in bed but i have been eating mints and taking ginger capsules and that seems to be helping

  10. Sounds like my first pregnancy. I ended up hooked up to IVs and getting shots because at nine weeks I wasn't keeping anything at all down and lost 45 pounds. For four weeks I was in bed. Now I'm on baby #2 and have learned a few things. I haven't even thrown up once. These are things that really help.

    1. Acupuncture. I hate needles, but at least these ones don't hurt.

    2. Morning sickness homeopathic. You can get it at pretty well any health food store. It's tasteless and works.

    3. If you don't drink coffee it might help. I'd never touched the stuff before and it works wonders.

By the way everyone in my family gets morning sickness really bad. They are all shocked at how well I'm doing.

  11. ok eat some crackers and drink some 7up or sprite that always helped me....good luck i had morning sickness until the day i hit my second trimester.
