I Need Help building a Full Size Bed Frame?

Question

I want a Simple Full Size Bed Frame. It has to be sturdy and wont squeek as I toss and Turn a lot in the night.

Are there any Blue Prints or plans I guess you would say out there that will give me instructions on how to start. Nothing Fancy Just as long as it looks Decent :)

You can buy a metal frame that will adjust to any size bed.  Just fit it to the size of your box spring.
