I Need Help with an EBAY RETURN! Help Help Help?

I bought a lot of random legos off ebay, and when I received it, it was not at all what i expected. Lots of pieces missing. I immediately requested my refund, and he was courteous and said of course. He promised to reimburse me about $72.00. (Shipping included)

I sent it back through UPS (So I thought)

I asked for the cheapest shipping. The UPS clerk said about 14 dollars. I said, "eh, any cheaper?" He said "okay... 12 dollars," but didn't tell me why.

That was on June 20th 08, and it's now the 2nd of July. 12 days later so far, and the shipping was supposed to be UP TO 11 days. I asked the clerk at UPS today for a tracking number today, but he said it was shipped through the Post Office for cheaper, so NO TRACKING NUMBER WAS AVAILABLE!

Furious, I left and now I'm worried the man I bought the legos from could possibly receive the package and not inform me and keep my money! I will never know if he received it! What can I do?

I think it will be OK. Just relax. If seller has agreed to refund, he would.

You must have some record of it. Ask the PO what could be done. Give it more time. Maybe by Monday.  

Oh and do not tell the seller about it.
