I Need Home Schooling Resources for Clinton County area in Michigan!?

I Need Home Schooling Resources for the Clinton County area of Michigan.

Saint John's mom wants to start Home Schooling her 5 & 11 year old children (both girls), but needs more resources (web sites perhaps?) on how to do so. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Also any home schooling advice, web sites, pros or cons experiences with home schooling, or other info is appreciated.
