I recently lost a lot of weight while going on Isagenix i feel awesomee. Although i have stopped Isagenix and haven't been eating as properly as i told my self i would, I believe i have gained a couple of pounds but as soon as i see the numbers go up i exercise. Thing is with two jobs i don't have the time to cook healthy meals so i always do a quick something. [Lets just say they are not healthy choices] For i am someone who LOVES!!! pizza, burgers, fries, JUNK FOOD.
I am only 20 years old and I know I'm not fat nor am i skinny. Ive managed to loose 10lbs from feeling uncomfortable to Great.
Ive gone 4 pants sizes I use to be a 12 now i wear an 8 or 9
I drink lots of water, Always drink my Natural accelerators that came with my Isa Pack. Yet i don't eat so healthy.I'm trying to commit to waking up early in the mornings to fix me a healthy lunch and dinner so i don't have to run to Wendy's or McDonald's.
What are some healthy everyday Lunches, snacks and Dinners i can eat so i can avoid the everyday run to FAST FOOD before i gain all the weight i lost and maybe even more.
