I Need Opinions on Eyeglasses...?

Ok my friends and I are having a debate on these glasses. They're called Dakota Smith High Rollers.

My friend wants to buy these frames because he likes how they look.

My other friend said that they look like girl's glasses. They came to me to decide on if they are guys or girls glasses, or neutral or something. I don't know, so I'm asking you guys...

I Googled a picture of it...and it looks like a womens frame to me.
