Really healthy meals with no bread or sugar and not that many carbs? Can you think of any? If you can't would you please put your favorite desert recipe.

  1. we have been living on the following - you can fry or saute - saute is healthier

    thin sliced steak with one or more of the following - sliced or shredded zuccini, onions, mushrooms, potatoes - just cut it all up and fry in a little oil and salt.. its sssoooooo good!

    i have also taken chicken, any kind, but boneless skinless is best, marinate in italian dressing, grill and serve over mixed greens with whatever other salad fixins you like, with balsamic vinigar or red wine vinigar, olive oil and salt..

STUFFED MARROWS - METHOD Take a medium sized MARROW, measure approx. 2" from the fat end and cut straight through with a serrated edged knife (it's a bit like carving a Pumpkin) then scoop out the seeds and pulp, then what you'll be left with is a thick rind inside a hollowed out Marrow.  Next prepare the type of ingredients you would use in a Stew or Broth ONIONS, POTATO, TOMATOES, CUCUMBER, BROCCOLI, RED , GREEN, YELLOW PEPPERS etc.. don't forget the seasoning a Pinch of SALT, PEPPER, TURMERIC, CUMIN POWDER, OREGANO, CHILI SAUCE and a drop or two of TABASCO SAUCE.  Cook all the ingredients you like in a Saucepan, until half - three quarters cooked until infused.  After a good simmering time, pour your specially prepared mixture of ingredients into the MARROW, place the cap end on and wrap the whole MARROW (being careful not to let the cap end slide off) in Aluminium foil and place on a baking tray and bake in an oven for 1.1/4 hrs on a medium to hot setting, checking and turning every 10 - 15 min ENJOY!
