I Need Some Diet/ Workout Advice ASAP? ?

Iim a guy, and 16 obviously. everyone thinks im 13-14 and i want to look older. i weigh 130 and am 5'7. I have fat and am not cut, but i can see my ribs, not much muscle at all. What is a workout to make me look thicker and cut, that i can do with dumbbells, a barbell, pull up bar, and a treadmill. any suggestions? thanks

  1. Bulk up on protein and protein shakes.  Also try this workout.  They have two plans, one to tone and another for body building.  It truly works!
