I Need Some Major Advice child involved?

I've been dating a man for a while and we now have a son together. I broke up with him because I found out about a girl he had been dating for sometime before me. He lives wit her now, but says he doesnt & our son is a month old & he has only seen him 4 times! He has this CRAZY *** girlfriend who STALKS me on the computer and has been doing such since January. She has threated me and my son and when she was pregant by him he made her get an abortion but NEVER asked me. He tells me one thing and tells her another but I've made it clear to him and her that I dont want to be wit him but he doesnt understand that. He's trying to live a double life cause he wants me to have his daughter but wont tell the truth When I ask him to do for his son, he does it on his own time. Im thinkin of filing child support as well as ordering supervised visits cuz i dont trust HER anywhere near our son. What should I do with this situation I feel so stuck & I dont want to deprive my son from havin his dad

file for child support today!!! ASAP> stop considering him and protect your baby... prevent things from happening... ask for supervised visits... dont let anythignhappen to an innocent baby when you saw signs aand  didnt do anything..

Cut your losses. A man who would lie to you constantly and have a gf on the side is not worth your time. File for child support only if you need it.

Someday, a real man will come into your life and be the father that your child needs.

im sorry...and i think that i would file for child support and for supervised visits because you said that she has threatened you and your son already. she sounds crazy!...but you need to do whats best for your son...like if you have a feeling he is going to leave then make sure you put child support on him.good luck best wishes.

I think you answered your own question, File for child support and ask for supervised visits. If you feel threatened by this women as far as your safety the file a restraining order against her. You sound like you are mature in this situation so I wouldn't suggest taking matters into your own hands do things legally for you safety and your sons. Best of luck to you
