2. Monthly (29 nights, 30 days)   $1,200.00  USD

3. A $500 Refundable deposit.

4. A $25 non-Refundable reservation holding fee if you will be paying upon arrival.

5. House Keeping Service is available at $50 dollars per service.  This is optional.
