I tried the codes *#7370# and the technique (pressing 3, * and the answer button together) but It ddnt work. Isnt there any other way?

  1. Dial *#7780# and then enter the security code which is 12345 (default). The reason why *#7370# isn't working because it's S40 based.


  2. You cant format the phone memory though you can re install the firmware . The code *#7370# restores the factory settings only .
