I Need To Get Back Into A Sleeping Schedule?

I'm a normal teen. And school starts Monday.

In the Summer I go to sleep late and wake up REALLY late.

So like, school is going to start at like, Eight.

I can't go to sleep until I'm sleepy. So I go to sleep at like 2-4 in the morning. Then I wake up at about two in the afternoon. I get into such a deep sleep, I can't hear my THREE alarm clocks. I've been telling my mom to call me at around eight. But I guess I sleep through that too. When I do wake up early, I end up falling asleep on the couch for two hours. Help!

  1. Omg ! the same thing happens to me! I usually sleep around 2 in the morning because i can only sleep when im tired too and then for some reason i try to wake up early and set my alarm clock but then i just turn it off when it rings and go back to sleep. I think what you should do at night is have no distractions whatsoever, such as the tv, cellphone, laptop, or anything. and then have you room really dark and close your eyes and try to keep them close. sooner than you know it you will fall asleep. and try to sleep at like 11 or something. i hope this helps (:
