I Need To Get In Shape.. Help!

Okay over the summer i've gained alot of stomach weight. And school is starting again and i need it off!

Any Suggestion?

  2. Bike to school, run to each period, liposuction?(wth howd that get there...) but SERIOUSLY, bike to school.

  3. Try Diet and Fitness section.

  4. The combination of cardio and light weight training will do wonders.

    For cardio running and swimming are great jump roping is also good.

    Also any sport you like to play e.g. soccer and basketball

    For Light weight lifting do total body lifts like the squat, pushups situps and cruches for the core.

    And you will also have to cut calories in a healthy way that means more veggies less meats and breads. best of luck
