Please help me..... I'm desperate?

so i just made my new training programme as my old one was totally messed up......

my aim is to try and build muscle. especially upper body. i basicly need to know how long it will take for me to notice a difference and if the programme will actually help me.

this is the programme. all of the excersizes are at the heaviest weight possible.

monday- chest, abs

BENCH PRESS, INCLINE BENCH PRESS, PRESS UPS, HANGING LEG RAISES, CRUNCHES, OBLIQUE CRUNCHES.

tuesday- rest

wednesday- back, trapizeus

LAT PULL DOWNS, BEHIND NECK PULL DOWNS, SHOULDER SHRUGS

thursday- triceps, legs

TRICEP PULL DOWNS, CLOSE GRIP BENCH PRESS, TRICEP DIPS, LEG EXTENSIONS, CALF RAISES, HAMSTRING CURL.

friday- chest, abs

SQUATS, HANGING LEG RAISES, CRUNCHES, OBLIQUE CRUNCHES, BENCH PRESS, INCLINE BENCH PRESS, PRESS UPS.

saturday- shoulders, biceps

SHOULDER PRESS, STANDING BARBELL CURLS, CABLE PULL DOWN.

sunday- rest.

All exercises are done with 4 sets of 8-10 reps.

most importantly, will it work and how long will it take to notice a difference in my body shape...???

  1. No that will not work. Try this

    Monday: Chest and Tris

    Tuesday: Bis and bs

    Wednesday: Shoulders and Back

    Thursday: Chest and Tris

    Friday: Bi and Abs

    Saturday: Back and Shoulders

    Sunday: Rest

This yields 3 days recovery for every muscle and keeps you workin gout 6 days a week. this method added 120 pounds on to my benchpress and increased my muscle size dramatically and reduced my body fat. Couple this with Running everyday (but wednesday and sunday) 3-6 miles.

be sure to eat protien supplement (Whey protien) before and after you work out. lift before you run.

    Your good togo.

You should consume 1g of protien for every pound you weigh.

You will notice dramatic results in a month and even more in two.

  2. I picked up a wicked program from a guy who trained a lot of WWE wrestlers. He told me you should always start with the biggest muscle group and work your way down and he gave me a strict diet to follow. I had to pay $50 for the program but i gained 15 lbs of lean muscle in 5 weeks.

  3. It can take up to 6 months for any noticable difference to the physical shape of your body, so stick with it if you have a dull ache (not excruciating pain) in your muscles after exercising you know it's working.

You also need to make sure you are eating enough and the right foods, for building muscles masses of protein and some carbs for energy, eat chicken, beef, turkey, fish and pork with some carbs of rice, potatoes or pasta and lots of vegetables.  Try to avoid fatty foods, they make you put on weight but the wrong sort for muscle building.

Do some cardio, this has the effect of burning off fat, so your muscles will show through a thin layer of healthy fat (which everyone needs).

Google 'I want six pack abs' this is an excellent website and his meal plan is good.

Good Luck, stick at it and you'll see a difference.

    Best
