I Need help waking up to go to football practice?

all right I have football practice in the morning at 8:00 and i try to wake up at 6:00 but as soon as i wake up i fall back to sleep and miss football practice and i all ready miss 3 practices.

  2. well for this u need to be dedicated towards football and dis can only be when u began to love dis game.so 1st try to love it and enter into it deeply.then u 'll began to wake up automatically on ur own b'fore time.

  3. you need to ask yourself if you really want to play. a real player would jump out of bed and be anxious to get to practice

The answer is really simple.  Get an alarm clock, be it a watch or actual alarm clock, or cell phone.  Whatever you use for an alarm clock.  But don't place it by your bed.  Put it somewhere out of reach, where you have to physically get out of bed to turn it off.  When you do turn it off, only snooze it so if you go back to bed and fall asleep again it will go off again in 9-10 minutes.

    By doing this you force yourself out of bed to switch off the alarm.  The act of getting out of bed will help wake you up.

    If the alarm is right by the bed it is far too easy to turn it off and go back to sleep.
