I Need help with watching movies problems?

recently i could not watch any movies i don't know why.

It is said to install a plug-in Adobe Flash Player ver.9

I installed but it did not work.

It seemed like missing a plug-in or somewhat.

Could somebody give me a piece of advice? appreciate it.

Try restarting your computer.

Try installing and opening a different web browser like Firefox, Camino, Opera, etc.
