  1. Visit a haunted house or cemetery. Wear cool costumes. Listen to appropriate music, whether it be novelty songs (i.e. Bobby "Boris" Pickett's "Monster Mash" and Warren Zevon's "Werewolves of London"); creepy songs (i.e. Bloodrock's "D.O.A." and Mike Oldfield's "Tubular Bells"); or some combination thereof. Serve refreshments like Dirt Cups, cider, orange Kool-Aid, and cookies, cupcakes, candies, and/or large cakes shaped like (or topped with decorations that look like) monsters, eyeballs, black cats, etc.

  2. Do a video of your friends at the Halloween Party and post it on YouTube

Have fun singing, dancing, telling jokes, and being general count dorkulas ;-)

  3. You should hire a band to dress in ghoulish costumes and play kinda weird spooky Rock music but kinda comedy too

Then you should have lots of CANDY. And then You could have a "haunted house" area where you have scary monsters and eyeballs on the wall and stuff like that. You can also have a soundtrack of people screaming and moaning and chains, etc.
