I Need procedure how to replace shifting cable for SHIMANO DEORE Mega-9 Rapidfire?

If you look closely it is pretty obvious if you have ever replaced a cable before, but here goes....

1) Shift the bike so the front and rear are on the smallest cog/chainring;

2) Locate a section of bare cable. Cut the cable;

3) Push the cable out through the shifter. There might be a small plug on the shifter that must be removed first. Note where the cable end exits. Remove the remaining cable from the derailleur;

4) Turn all barrel adjusters except for one or 2 turns;

6) Reinstall in reverse.
