Question:

I Need running help?!!?

Ok, I'm 15, and on high school soccer team and now playing for a city club team... I am fast but there are maybe about 5 people on each of my teams that are faster than me, and i want to be up there glad thhat beat every one. So what could i do for training to make my self faster (run, leg weighs, etc.)

  1. Work on endurance by running a long run on the weekend.

    Do some wind sprints. On the soccer field, run from one end line to the other, touch the line, then run back, touch the line, then 3/4 of the way and touch and back, then 1/2 the way and touch and back, then 1/4 the way and touch then back. Do this at a sprint.


  2. Run in your yard and kick your soccer ball on a board. I play soccer with friends and family. This really helps me run. Hope it works!
