  1. jesus, go slower.

    you can hurt your muscles.

    you arent gonna lose any more late if you do 300 a day.

    do you want arthuritis at a young age?


  2. lol seriously? I think it would be more effective if you started some plyometric training - you'd reap more benefits without overworking yourself.
