I-Pod help, <span title="???????????????????????????">?????????????????????????...</span>

Question

ok so i have a 30gb I-Pod and it was fine until yesterday,when i used it it froze, then, all the music deletd itself.

So, i tried 2 fix it by plugging it in and syncing it, but the music wont copy to my ipod.....

does anyone have any idea, what caused this and how i can fox it?

If the iPod shows up in iTunes when you plug it into your computer, you can try resetting your iPod and then put your songs back in.

If your iPod isn&#039;t recognized by iTunes, try a hard reset and repair your disk.

press the menu and play at the same time and the apple logo will appear then try it

if that does not work press the forward and rewind at the same time the apple logo will appear then try it

if all else fails call or go online to the help desk its free
