I Qubes - dice game?

Question

A friend has an old game, made up of a leather dice-sleeve and 7 dice with letters on them. Letters are in black or red and one of the cubes has a side labeled "WILD".

My daughter is dying to figure out how to play this game - anyone familiar with it?
