  1. Your asking because you want a cellphone & you are not going to get one.  Don't get mad at this answer cause i just want you to think about this.  If you had a cell phone while attending school, your attention would be on that phone instead of your studies.  More than likely you would end up getting the phone taken away from you.  Kids will text each other in class, or get calls, play games,  surely you understand this.  Then while you are at home, it would be 10 X worse.  Plus your parents would have a extra monthly bill and most kids go over their minutes.  What happened to the good ole days when kids passed notes around?  Obviously you have a computer with the internet you can IM your friends.  Just hang in there and wait until you are at least 16, parents will want you to have one so they can contact you when you are out driving, etc.

good things come to those who wait.

  2. O phone is a good thing to have but not in any way a mandatory item. Just a few years ago people couldn't event imagine that such thing is possible and they've managed to survive without the phone, even if the school was far away.

It could be that your parents have better things to do with those money, it could be also that they simply don't understand your need.

So, why don't you try to make a deal with then? Ask them if some very good grades would get you the desired phone. You may agree a target with them and this will motivate your study too.

I am not a parent but trust me, they don't want something bad for you and having a phone or not is far from the most critical thing that can happen on this world.

  3. Get a paycard cell phone. You won't get a fancy one, but at least you can communicate with it. Also, you control your expenses, so you should think about making lemonade, wash your dad's car or lawn the yard's grass. That way, no one has to know you have a cell phone besides you and your friends. No bills, no nothing.

  4. Hopefully nothing goes wrong when you start going  back to school.but why don't you go to your parent or parents and tell them how you feel about going to school, and because its so far away from home you want to be able to get in contact with them just in case of an emergency, but don't sweat it , it'll be alright, and no need to worry about what somebody else has, you'll get one eventually
