how do u transfer a video from imovie HD to final cut pro

or, can u film a video on final cut pro if u have a camra on ur computer

  1. In imovie go to share > Quicktime File > then export it.

    Then in Final Cut go to File > import > files and folders > and select the quicktime file. Drag that file from the browser to the timeline and YOU'VE DONE IT!
