  1. Skip breakfast and use a shampoo that is fortified with vitamins and amino acids. Your hair will eat the vitamins and you will loose the weight.

  2. i would start walking to start with and lifting weights to help tighten your skin. but once it is comfortable to walk for 30 minutes then maybe start jogging for 12-15 minutes and then work your way up to running for 30 minutes. for now you can do all that outside. jumping rope is good cardio also. as for eating you need to make sure to treat yourself for doing good or one of these times you are going to eat something on your "no-no" list and you will be discouraged and quit your whole plan...so just eat everything in moderation! good luck!

  3. Well it seems to me you need to start going to the gym in less than a month. You think delaying won't matter but this is serously effecting your health, and your health should be at the top of your list of problems because that determines between life and death... It will be hard at first but you have to start doing cardio (such as running). You should get a personal trainer (availible when your a member at a gym). Eat lots of vegtables and make sure you DONT eat 30 minutes before you excersise and 30 minutes after you excersise. Cook with healthy things like garlic and peppers and almonds and all that healthy good stuff. Make sure not to use fatty oils in your cooking too. Consult with your doctor for a diet and excersise plan you can use to lose weight. Once you shed the weight not only will you look amazing but you will feel amazing too. Don't think of it as a diet but as a lifestyle, a much healthier life style. Good luck and I hope I helped! =)

  4. Regular exercise. You may need to walk/run for at least 30 minutes. Do brisk walking. Avoid alcohol, dairy products and animal fat for a while. Grilled chicken and salad sounds ok. But only a low fat salad dressing. Eat lots of veggies and fruits. Drink loadssssss of water daily. you can have bread but whole grain bread, cereals etc. Sorry no cookies, ice cream or sweets and no soda.

  5. You need to join http://www.sparkpeople.com

It is a really cool site and it is free.  It will make a whole nutrition schedule based on your weight and height.  Along with an exercise schedule.  It has really helped me keep with my diet and keep me motivated.
