ANY OTHER IDEAS FOR TRAINING? I RUN 20 MINUTES 4 DAYS A WEEK AND WORK OUT 4 DAYS A WEEK. I HAVE ONLY A MONTH AND A HALF BEFORE I LEAVE FOR BT.I CURRENTLY TAKE MRI'S NO2 AND EAT VERY HEALTHY. I HAVE 14% BODY FAT. HOW MUCH IS NEEDED TO SEE YOUR ABS?
