1. hello.......first and foremost dont upset urself on dis matter.....i think i have a solution for u which i myself tried out....

start wid regular excercise of 15 minutes in da morning.....

second-complete no-no to junk food even cookies ,icecreamsand dairy productsbut dont avoid milk....

third-u seem to be a real foodie so u have foodat different times but reduce the amount.....

fourth-nvr let urself starve nor overexercise....

fifth-have a glass of water before each meal or snack tht u have....

this is da simplest way to loose weight....

  2. Start going for walks. It's easy to do, and if you bring a friend, it's fun. 30-60 minutes of walking every day or so, but no less than 4 times a week.

Cut back on snacks, and rather than focusing on having 3 large meals a day, have 5-7 small meals.

    Good luck!

  3. You're not fat, you're tall.

  4. Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.

Make a few small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer.

Start a weight lifting routine. It will help increase your metabolism and make you feel and look better in so many ways. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall.

In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Drink plenty of water. You will begin to see changes in your body.

Check out websites about nutrition, exercise, weight training, etc. Here are a couple of helpful links.

  6. ok these are going to be really random but here are a bunch of tips

-keep busy so that u cant think about food or that u wont eat becuz of boredom

-drink lots of water throughout the day and a bunch before a meal so that u already feel kinda full cuz then u'll eat less

-take off the top piece of bread on a sandwich

-diet pop over regular, but really us shouldnt drink any pop

-play a sport u love (for me its tennis)

-clean your car/house/room cuz it burns calories

-chew gum when u feel like snacking

    -peppermints are an appetite suppressant

-get a running buddy and go running

    -swimming is a great workout

-elipitical machines are easy to use and then burn up a ton of calories

-dont eat while u watch tv!

-be aware of the calorie content of food and never go over 1500

    -keep a food journal

    -dont give up!!!

  7. first, that isnt bad at all. i am 5 4 and 130. your not fat at all.

Okay, the only way, even if u eat nothing but apples and other stuff you can have muscles and stuff like that.

Well, any sport can help. If u get a gym pass, go there any time you are free and when you dont go to the gym, go on a walk. THAT REALLY HELPS.

After you have walked for a while, start to jog on the walk. then as you are about 40 to 50 steps from your house sprint as fast as you can.

Make sure you drink lots of water and lay off any soda. and when you get home, stretch and relax.

with your cereal, use soy milk, or low fat milk and have a fruit with it.,

    - WALK

    -KEEP A JORNAL

    -EAT GOOD FOOD

    - LAY OFF THE SODA

    - SPRINT AND RUN

Hope i helped. Sorry for all info

  8. I can recommend a fitness book. I'm a guy and bought "The Abs Diet" it is written by a Mens Health editor. It has great information on exercises and especially nutrition, which is what it mainly focuses on. You have to have good nutrition along with exercise. And you don't necessarily have to go on a "diet", the book doesn't like to use that word. You just need to eat the right foods, the book doesn't have many restrictions. Anyway, I know they have "The Abs Diet for Women" check it out:

  9. hun, i'm one of your contacts so i've read your other questions and answered the other one and you are not giving me the correct info. this is what you said before:

I lost three pounds this week?

I just started high school field hockey preseason, so i have had an intense 2.5 hour workout for four days in a row now. The thing is i have lost 3 pounds, and now am at 97 pounds. Shouldn't i be gaining weight if anything since i am gaining muscle, which i can def. feel? What am i doing wrong?

btw i am 16 years old, and at the beginning of the week i weighed 100.

I know that i am small, and don't need to lose weight, that is why i was alarmed by this

so, which one are you? 97 or 167? and which prob do you have? losing weight or gaining weight? i'll email you.
