It is a child's birthday party. She is my distant relative, if that matters. Thanks.

  1. A message is fine.

  2. Yep, no problem.

  3. I agree, it is fine. People just appreciate being able to judge how fun food and stuff to buy.

  4. Yes that is perfectly fine. You would probably want to call back and maybe 1 or 2 days to make sure the parent got the message.  Just to be on the safe side.!!!!

    Hope This Helps!!!

  5. Not only is it fine, I applaud you for calling.  Many people don't bother, which leaves the host to double check.

    Well done!

  6. I do it all the time.  Its fine, that's why they have them there machines.

  7. It's fine.  I am sure that they are so busy getting ready for the party that they don't have time to be answering the phone.  They just want to know how much stuff to buy and how many goodie bags to make.  Don't worry about it.

  8. you have left a message so that is fine

  9. It's fine! Being a Mom of 9 I have recieved message RSVPs and I have done that myself! It is just an easy way to do it. But, I would put in the message:"call me back to tell me what little Priscilla wants", so that way I wasn't going crazy wondering to get someone!
