I Really Need Help!!!!?

Question

i sent all of my forms and papers to txva online school and i did not submit the "A copy of your student's Multifactored Evaluation/504 or IEP, if applicable"

what is that??? do i HAVE to submit it, it tells me on my dashboard that all the forms are completed but that was not recieved.

It is my understanding that these forms are used when a student needs special education. Examples would be speech therapy, dyslexia, learning disabilities, etc.

IEP stands for Individualized Education Plan. My son had one when he went to public school for speech education-he had trouble making the "r" sound. it was a form that told us what the school would provide to help him.
