I LIKE TO DANCE AND I SEEM TO GET SOMETHING SORE EVER TIME I GO OUT, LIKE RECENTLY I TORE A CALF MUSCLE. I WONDER IF I'M LACKING SOMETHING IN MY DIET.IN THE PAST I HAVE COPLETLY TORE MY ACHILES TENDONE AND HAVE HADE SURGERY ON BOTH MY SHOULERS

  1. hydration is the key to avoid muscle injuries.  Drink more water to keep your muscles loose.  in addition, it sounds like you need to focus on your stretching more before and after exercising.


  2. stretching is key, before and after workout, make sure you do enough warm up, most people cut it short, try to warm up at least 15 to 20 min before going hard!
