-Are Not Mentioned, What Risks Would you Expect?

I See the Risks as Being Low, but Not Zero.

Are These Risks Warranted?

It would Be Very Sad to Have Someone Suffer the Side Effects of Administration, for Something Being "Convenient".

  1. I would not give anything that lasted a year-- If they DO get side-effects, it is big trouble.

  2. make sure that it's not Versed that they're trying to give you!! That poison should never have been approved to be used on people....evil drug, causes permanant amnesia!!

  3. Having looked through a few papers it would seem that reclast is one of the better phosphonate therapies available, with few contraindications. Mostly, things that interfere with renal function (like diuretics, aminoglycosides and pregnancy). It has a horrible and novel range of side effects, although if you're stopping stage III/IV myeloma patients from disintegrating I'm sure they won't mind.

I wouldn't describe it as a trivial treatment, and find the fact it's being advertised on TV as somewhat distressing.
