I TOOK PLAN b AND NOW I AM SCARED?

OK I TOOK PLAN B ON JULY 16TH..BECAUSE ON THE 15TH I HAD UNPROTECTED s*x..I WAS SUPPOSED TO START MY PERIOD ON AUGUST 6TH BEING THAT I STARTED ON JULY 6TH..BUT FOR SOME REASON I STARTED TODAY??!!!I KNOW THAT WITH PLAN B THE MOST COMMON IS STARTING 7 DAYS EARLIER BUT NEVER 2 WEEKS BEFORE..I AM SO CONFUSED AND SCARED CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE??AND PLEASE DONT BE RUDE..BY THE WAY IT WAS ONLY ONE TIME THAT WE HAD UNPROTECTED s*x..CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME?? =/

lots of people have a slip up at some point so dont beat yourself up nobody will make you feel any worse than yourself you know ypu made a mistake up you did the right thing if you dont want a baby not sure if starting 2 weeks early is normal but if you are realy worried speak to the doctor having said that it is pretty effective

You know what really upsets me is all of these young ones having babies and getting pregnant and not wanting the baby nor are they ready for it and the ones who want them the most in the world such as me can't get pregnant.

When you take it it will cause you start your period a few days after you take the pill. It makes your uterus to shed your lining to prevent pregnancy to take (or if you are pregnant it will shed the fertilized egg with the lining). It kinda "re-starts" your period. So you might be off with your period.  Your doctor should have told you about this when she/he gave you this pill. Also check out the information they should have handed out to you with it. If the clinic didn't give you any information about this pill or the side-effects I would consider changing clinics or doctors. But for you to get your period early after taking this pill is normal and means that the pill worked.  Relax, most people on here are very understanding. Just make sure you plan ahead for next time !! :)

I dont mean to be rude so please dont go and report me but I must speak for the women that are represented on this particular board where you have posted. YOU POSTED ON TRYING TO CONCEIVE. Many women on this board have suffered losses and have experienced miscarriages...some even stillborns. While I know you are worried and needing advice, did you think the above things I mentioned BEFORE posting? Many of these women if not all, would give their right arm to be pregnant, so to hear about your abortion pill is really a stab in the back. They probably wont say it so I am. I guess if I were them I would not want to help you very badly and in fact I would think they might not be very sympathetic to someone who wants to destroy human life because of being irresponsible when they are desperately trying to create it. Sorry to have to spit it so harshly but some of you "I had an abortion or took the morning after pill" need to be more considerate of the feeling of these married women working and spending their butts off to become pregnant. Go post your message where it belongs.
