I Think Am Pregnant ?

my last period was on the 30th of july. i have been off the pill for four months now. i did a few pregnancy test but they were to earlier to be able to to tell. i have been getting pains in my stomach and my breast are really sor in the nipple area. i have been eating alot lately and can never seem to feel full. havent had anything else no other signs, but do you think i could be pregnant. if i am i would be around 6-7 weeks i think .
