I Think I Messed Up?

this is my first year playing football.

i'm good with avoiding, black belt, so my balance is pretty nasty,

i'm fastest for my size, and i'm 5'11. at 205 lbs. a lot of its muscle.

BUT. i was at guatemala for the past month, with no gym available.

there was a bar with a few 5 lbers...but they didnt turn, so no hang cleans. so, basically i did 60 push ups like 6 times in 4 weeks. which is pretty lazy. so, tripple sessions are coming up in about 2 weeks, and i wanna be ready..my bench is only like a 100 which is pretty nooby. and my squat is about 150. but, since i've been thru really hard miliatry tae kwon do training about 2 summers ago, i think i'm ready..

but i wanna no wat u do during the tripple sessions. and wat i can do to get better prepared.
