I Used Clean and Clear 10% Benzoyl Peroxide for 5 Minutes! Now My Skin Is Burned Off?

i used it for 5 minutes(though dumb me disregarded the directons that said 20-30 seconds) and now some of my skin burned off. what should i do?

Yeah, you always have to read instructions before using something new.  10% is high any way and you may also have sensitive skin.  Ouch.  Just don't use anything on your skin except for a very mild soap and use plenty of moisturizer.  You may also want to apply aloe vera or noxema because they are very soothing.  Treat it like you would a sunburn.
