  1. Your best luck is just calling and asking. Explain to them that you know you did not do anything illegal and were even told so by the police officer. Not sure if you will actually get them back but it's worth a shot right?

What state do you live in because I found out earlier they are actually illegal in some states...just maybe not yours.

  2. No Person can be deprived of Liberty or property without due process.  People really need to read the United States Constitution all the way through.  Read it twice if you have to.  When people just ignore it, or don't care about the constitution, we're headed for doom, cause people won't know their rights and they will eventually use them based on ignorance.  What I'm saying, they can't just take your property and never give it back,  it belongs to you, and they didn't have a court order to take it(due process, going to court to determine that you having it was illegal and probable cause as to why you shouldn't get it back)  That did not happen.  You should go down there with your parents and get it.  It is of legal right, yours to get.  Learn about due process and the United States Constitution.  It's not an obsolete document, but it will be when people don't give a rats *** weather or not the country is headed towards imprisoning mass ammounts of people in concentration camps.  Aside from that, As far as taking it to the bank.  ARE YOU NUTS.  YOU'RE STUPID.  You could have been arrested and charged with attempted arm robbery.  The Brinks man may not have been able to tell it was an air soft pellet gun.  Even so, those can do some damage i'm sure, and if you are outside of a bank, they had every reason to call the police and report it, they don't know what your intentions are or if they are about to get robbed, so to the person who said it was not the security guards place to call the police, you're nuts as well.

  3. Just have your parents call them up (ask for the CLEO of Chief Law Enforcement Officer) and explain the issue

I hate rat's like those people!

    Heres my story :

The local cops I grew up with were hardass always ticketed/harassed people just trying to get by and tensions had been building for years

Well when I was 14 it all boiled over , I rode my bike with my friend to the park we lived near and I forgot I tied my paintball gun(wasnt loaded or anything) to the back of the seat ,Well we bought  ice cream at the stand the guy saw the paintball gun and called the cops. The cop came and smashed my paintball gun and threw it in the trash, we were PUT IN CUFFS and sat in a cell with criminals for 1 hour until they called my parents

My dad was at work, got his friends and by the tiem they got down to the police station the town of 235 was there and they all ripped into those small town cops so bad they  pissed themselves with fear

My dad knew the 18 year old deputy that hauled me in and told him "You people are gonna stop all this bullshit,Your gonna apologize and pay for a  nice expensive brand new paintball gun out of your own pocket and so help me god if you dotn get your **** together ,I will beat the living sh*t out of you no matter what f*ckin badge your wearing and we'll burn you out"

One guy actually poured gasoline all over the counter

The next day I was delivered a brand new shiny paintball gun by a terrified deputy that kept looking over his shoulder & nobody got a ticket for a year

No wonder they fear the middle class

  4. Good luck with that. You can go down to the police station and request the return of your items, but whether or not you get them back is a different story.
