ohkay.my dads a tattoo artist,and ive seen ppl younger than you come in and get some.you just have to have your parent sigh a waver,or they can come into the parlor and sign it there.im not sure,since you live in a different state.call the place,and im sure that they will tell you.good luck,and its pretty painful=) lol

You can go to turkey and get a tattoo. they dont ask for your age or anything and they're cheap.

Illegal places are dodgey. People have told me that some of the equipment is kept in bad conditions and is dirty and that my dear can lead to HIV.

I suggest if you dont want HIV that you wait til you're 18 so you can go to a clean place
