where i can get them and what they are called like what pens would be best to use?

  They  are  called  erasable  pens  and  you  can  buy  them  anywhere.

You can use the 'easy erase' pens, but you must put the proper kind of paint on the walls or the ink will stick.  My oldest son decorated his white bedroom walls with black marking pens and never made a mistake, and the room was beautiful in a surrealistic way ... and the man who painted them laughed the whole time he was painting the room back to white ... with 30 coats of paint over the primer.  Try hanging full sized newsprint on your walls and writing on that.  If you make a mistake, it will be much easier to 'fix' than writing directly on the walls ... and it will be easier to paint the room when you are gone.

pen is relatively easy to wash off a wall, as most times you could probably just wipe it off, however if you plan on decorating your entire room with a pen i could seriously reconsider as its tip is small and it just seems impractical, you could probably make an outline for something with a pen but i wouldn't try colouring it in with a pen though. Also if by any chance you cant wipe or wash it off you can always paint over it as well, as for prefered utincils for decorating your room, id recommend paint, or markers

Your local Ace Hard ware store has stuff to remove stuff from walls.  Many parents have found in toy section a wall mark remover. Also, there are markers kids can use and it will wash off. Do some research on it.
