I Want To Be Home Schooled But <span title="............................?">............................</span>

Question

Me Or My Mom do not know how to get me out of school to be home schooled. My School Is Terrible And I need To get out I've Been Going There For Two Years I stayed back one year but before that i was a perfect student and now I fail everything that is because the teachers give no notice of anything and do not teach the homework in class

You and/or your mother should visit http://www.HSLDA.org and click on &quot;In Your State&quot; to find out the requirements to homeschool in your state.

Some states you can simply withdraw your child from school and begin, in some you need to submit a notice of intent and in some, you have to have someone &#039;approve&#039; your homeschool program.  Hopefully you are in one of the least restrictive states as it will be a lot less burdensome, especially since those additional restrictions make no difference in homeschool success.

im homeschooled myself and my mom said according to the law that school cant keep you there you can just leave my mom visits this site a lot it might help you its called the home schooled legal defence accosation or  hslda
