I Want To Start To Draw And Start Painting. But Whenever I Try I Just Can't Do It.

Any Adivise how can I strat?

Have you tried painting by numbers.

Some of them turn out quite good.

You also get the paint with the set but i find its usually not enough of one or two colours

go somewere quiet were u will be alone and just draw whatever is on your mind

start out painting and drawing other pictures off the net etc then when you get the hang of that start painting whatever you want it should come easy

look in your area for a art club.

you can also pay at some local colleges to do short courses that last 12 weeks,they include everything from life drawing(nude/clothed Figures), sculpture, textile art, jewellery design.

Its really easy just look up on the net or in local art college prospectus.

it if its something that gives you pleasure

I suck at drawing and painting WHAT SO EVER, so just draw or paint random things like splatters, simple flowers with amazing color-( that is the only thing in art I am good at) lol, so just paint random stuff.... I think drawing is just too hard. Painting is easier.... just... do whatever!

Just Practice all the time, keep Drawing. Try Drawing yourself in the Mirror very Relaxing. Go down to the Seaside or a lake and starting in the Slap bang Centre Draw a line across the Page.  Draw a Blue Sky,and some Fluffy Clouds, and you got to have a sailing Boat. Perhaps a few Birds like Seaguls, A flat shaped U usually does the trick. Perhaps a Strip of Land on the Horizon ,and dont forget the Sea.

To refine your Picture at the Horizon the Sky  is usually a very Pale Blue Green getting more Bluer as you go up the Sky it varies by the time of Day.

The Sea is usually Greenish at the bottom of the Page nearest to you and gets more Blue as you look towards the Horizon. Dont Forget to put in Waves these are Flicks of White Vertical Dashes mixed with Green Blue Flicks.

Why not do a Surfer Riding the Waves, go down to the Sea and Study for awhile before drawing, and Perhaps put A very Pale  Blue Green Plain Sky in for Effect. Take Photographs and Paint the Picture. For a Change Experiment in putting in a Pale Reddish Sky with Reddish Yellow Clouds of Evening.



You wont be Perfect at first ,just enjoy Experimenting and after awhile you can put in Recognisable Castles and Buildings. It is Fun dont get serious about it until you know you are getting good at it,  just keep Practicing.

People in the Distance, The Head is like a Rugby Ball or Egg that you put some Hair on,the Body is a Rectangular Block with Strokes for Legs and a Triangle for a Skirt, after awhile you can refine this as you get Better.

i started by drawing from photographs i took on my phone, such as photos from the skate park and climbing, but adding my personal style to them, or you could take a sketchbook to a local beauty spot or hall and just draw what is directly in front of you.

Try alot of different styles to see if there are any that you can 'just do' though as with most people that's probably a long shot. And then read as many tutorials as you can and practice over and over. Tutorials will give you basic methods that you can build on and apply to any form you want and that combined with grinding repetition and slight variation and improvement will pave the way.

Just get your hands dirty.  Using many different drawing tools (pens of all sorts, crayons, pencils, chalk, wax, etc) just look at pictures off the web.  Print them out, set it up somewhere and draw it.  Just play.  Have fun and try different things.  There are some great books out there to help beginning artists, go check out the local library or book store and ask around.  

your art may look like c**p the first billion times, but I the more you do it, the better you will get.  For some people, it comes to them like drinking water.  For others, it's as elusive as a rabbit.  So, keep it at.  Try things many ways and learn a lot while practicing a lot.

ye indeed fella Im just getting serous doing art what kind of art are you interested in? you should pick a style and stick with it. be more specific. I suggest that you grab a note book and practice it takes a lot of time to get the results you want.
