You and a thousand other people, There are thousands of applications  submitted for work at Disneyland they are very selective as well and their employee policy is very strict. you have to be 18 and a high school graduate as well. no criminal record of any kind they really frown on that.  all you can do is apply but remember your applying for a job not playtime.best bet wait till your 18 and out of school
