I Want To be a Marine Biologist ?

I'm still young and I'm still deciding what i want to be i wanted to be a vet but i thought that would be a Little hard for me as i always get about bs but I'm a star pupil i am told i want to be a marine biologist now but i want to know fully what one is what scores you have to get and what you have to do just to give me a idea ?

You're still young. You still have time to choose, explore, and get experience. Some things you can do now:

*volunteer at a Aquarium/Marine Center, vet clinic, zoo, or anywhere else related to Marine Bio (or veterinary) that you can at your age

*see about shadowing a job

*Attend marine (or vet) camp, classes, or clinics

*see about swim and scuba classes

*Read books, websites, magazines, watch related television programs or educational films, hang out at aquariums,

im 13 now and i know that i want to go into either business or being a vet, or maybe a marine biologist. i know what i can do when im 16, but are there any things i can be doing NOW to help me prepare? thanks.

your still young so just choose the subjects you like best and go with that you never know you may change your mind, so the best bet is that you choose everything you enjoy doing. to be a marine biologist you have to take interest in biology.

Its pretty hard to find a job in marine biology. I used to work in a supermarket and my manager there got a first in it but couldnt find a job. But if it intrests you thats cool

well take biology obviously, PE or Gym Class would help as being a marine biologist is busy work, also physics and maths are always useful for most science based jobs.

its not really bout scores all u have to do is maintain a good gpa

aim for 3.0 or better but if u really wanna excel then a 3.25 or better is what u need to aim for
