I Want to install xp on my aspire one a150?

Does anybody know how to install xp on acer aspire one a150 linux version 120gb?

I would think that would be pretty hard considering you have Linux.  Eep!  Being you are going to have to format the HDD and all to do this, I would just get a new HDD and install windows xp on it then.  Also do your research and make sure your hardware is not too dated for XP.  You will need to check the amount of memory you have as well.  It takes 128 mb of ram just to run XP.  So if you are doing anything else it will drag.  I would suggest a minimum of 512 mb of ram.  However I have 2 gigs and I am loving it!

before u perform the XP installation u must make sure all ur pc driver are supported with XP.

well first off the best way to install xp is to have a bootable version and cd drive. i have the aspire one with the 8gb ssd, i have a version of xp called xp lite beast edition. free and gets the job done. first plug in the external cd drive (putting your coy of xp in it) or have a bootable iso on a thumb drive. then restart the comuter change on my computer you hit f12 to change the boot settings change it to either the external cd or the bootable image off the thumbdrive. then xp should run its course. it will ask you to chose to format the hdd in either ntsf or fat. i chose fat cuz my hdd is more like a thumb drive try using the ntsf quick format, and if it boots really slow then just format the hdd in fat. now as far as drivers are concerned there is this website that has all of them http://www.aspireoneuser.com/ and your set. personally i dont know what i like better xp or linux. as soon as i got mine i installed xp. but i'm gonna try using the linux for a week to see what i liked better. oh p.s. download the drivers to a thumb drive because you will lose all the drivers for the card reader slots!!! i hope it works!!!
