That is a good score. Chemical Engineering can be more difficult yet more rewarding than computer science, but if you really want to go into computer science then you should. You must do what you heart wants otherwise your mind will get tired.

I think if you can score a 163 in chemical engineering then you will have no problem in CS. It may depend upon what school you are accepted into though. I suggest going into an excellent / top school and transferring  to the U.S. for graduate school. I have several friends who have done that and who even changed their graduate major in the U.S.
