I Was thinking of a bank teller job

Question

Ok im going to be a freshman in college and studying accounting or finance. I was wondering if i could get a bank teller job with no job experience at all. This would be my first real job. I have done some work over the summer for for my grandpa for a little cash but no real job. Would what im studying in college be enough to get me this job? Or what kind of chance would i have?

If you call them tellers, then no chance as it show you have not studied the position and what is required.  They are called Cashiers.

You won't start as a Cashier immediately, you will do back office work at first.  If you have been studying accountancy, you should be able to get a better job with a bank than Cashier.
