I want to start running my own Snooker & Pool hall in London, England and I would like to know how much it will cost to begin.

I understand that property prices/rent will vary from place to place and that utilities will come into etc, plus licences, tables, services, drinks, etc.

I am looking for anyone who has done something similar and/or has experience in this and I want to know how much it will roughly cost to begin all of this.
